Hello, my name is Adam Mendelsohn and I am the proud founder of Mendelsohn Math Tutoring! I have always had an immense interest in mathematics and helping others around me. I started this organization because I believe strongly in equal opportunity and the importance of education. Through this organization students can take learning, and or being successful, into their own hands. Thank you to everyone who has supported me and helped me follow my dreams!
At home, I am fortunate to have one of the strongest support systems anyone could ask for. My families support, both emotionally and practically, has been the driving force behind my accomplishments. My family has created an environment for my aspirations to thrive. Their belief in my capabilities has not only propelled me forward but has also served as a foundation for my helping nature. I am deeply grateful for the role my family has played throughout my life, continuing to support me every day.
Aside from math, I have many hobbies that are important to me. One of these hobbies is violin which I have been playing for the past 7 years. I am currently a part of Edgewater High School's Chamber Orchestra as principle second violin. I have also played a numerous events, the most notable being the opening of Steinmetz Hall at the Doctor Phillips Center.
My childhood adventures out West have had a major impact on the person I am today. Montana was the first state I ever travelled to; its diverse landscapes have always interested me! My love for animals and appreciation for nature grew tremendously over the years I spent in my second home. I just recently got two miniature donkeys: Roscoe (pictured) and Otis, who I love very much. My interest in fossils and archeology also began in Montana; something I will carry with me for the rest of my life.
